We were founded in 1976 as RainSoft of Roanoke by Bill Gibbs. In 1996 the company name was changed to Aqua Clear. We serve South West and Central VA, installing and servicing residential and commercial water treatment systems.
S.W. VA we offer plumbing services to everyone. Central VA we offer plumbing services to Aqua Clear water treatment customers.
Our company maintains over 97% customer satisfaction and receives 75% of new business from referrals by customers. The reason this is accomplished is due to the proper selection of water treatment systems and an award-winning customer service department.
Aqua clear has been the recipient of the manufacturer “John Grayson Customer Satisfaction award" since the awards inception.
Mike Nester leads our water treatment sales department. Mike started in 1991 as a water treatment manufacturing representative. He was responsible for teaching plumbers and well drillers proper water treatment applications. In 1995 Mike came to RainSoft of Roanoke to lead sales. In 1996 he was named President of Aqua Clear.
Keith Nester, director of field operations, came to RainSoft of Roanoke in 1991 as a service tech. and installer. Keith is a licensed Master Plumber with over 33 years’ experience in plumbing, service, installation of water treatment. is responsible for our installation.
